My name is Joel Deborah, and I am the proud principal of Baty Elementary, home of the Bobcats! I am honored to be invited as the newest Bobcat. I am extremely excited to work with every stakeholder in our community and ready to ensure the best education for every student that walks through our front doors.

In addition to teaching rigorous academic content, it is our goal to support our students both socially and emotionally in order to help them grow into bi-literate, future ready adults. As principal, it is my goal to ensure high expectations for all students through high quality instruction in a nurturing and supportive environment.

Through the collaboration of all parents, students, staff and the community, Baty is sure to soar to new heights. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me. Thank you for allowing me to be a Baty Bobcat!
