D’Jon Pitchford

Principal, Baty Elementary School

D’Jon Pitchford is an energetic and dedicated educational leader passionate about a "Kids First, Kids Always" philosophy. He brings a strong background in instructional leadership, staff coaching, and positive school culture to Baty Elementary.

Prior to joining the Baty community, Mr. Pitchford served as an Assistant Principal in Pflugerville ISD, following successful years as a science teacher, athletics coach, and training specialist. He holds a Master’s in Elementary Education from Texas State University.

Known for his authentic, approachable leadership and natural humor, Mr. Pitchford is committed to:
