Marcela Vasquez was born in Eagle Pass, Texas. She attended Sul Ross State University and received her B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies and is finishing her M.A from Grand Canyon University. Mrs. Vasquez was a first-grade dual language teacher here at Baty for 4 years before transitioning to a the School Counselor.
